规划主要是针对区域发展问题而产生的,针对不同的地区,规划的任务目标也不同。本文通过介绍美国国土空间规划的规划体系、重要的区域政策和特殊区域的治理等,提出对我国区域空间规划的启示,希望能通过学习美国的国土空间规划,对未来我国的国土空间规划提出建设性的建议。
Planning is mainly directed at regional development issues. The objectives of planning are different for different regions. This paper introduces the planning system of the national land and space planning of the United States, important regional policies and the governance of special regions, and proposes the enlightenment for the regional spatial planning of China.
