This article discusses some of the problems encountered when the variable capacitance, negative resistance, parametric amplifiers and tube amplifiers are used in tandem. The relationship between the noise figure and the internal and external negative conductance of the three amplifier combinations is analyzed. The lowest noise figure for the best coupling is obtained. The article also analyzes the stability of the amplifier, before the standard measure of stability. The analysis results show that the requirements of the noise figure and gain of the amplifier are contradictory to the stability of the amplifier. That is, the smaller the noise figure is, the higher the gain is, the worse the stability of the amplifier is. The article further discusses the lowest possible noise figure that can be obtained for the various amplifier combinations for a given stability. It can be seen that under the same conditions, the lowest noise figure of the total gate amplifier combination is the smallest, and the total noise figure is the lowest. Discuss the negative resistance of the participating ─ ─ common-gate amplifier circuit was tested, the results obtained and the theoretical analysis is basically the same.
