目的:研究替硝唑漱口水的稳定性。方法:用HPLC测定替硝唑的含量,恒温加速试验预测替硝唑漱口水的有效期。结果:替硝唑分解属一级动力学过程,t25℃0.9为6.1年。结论:确定替硝唑漱口水的有效期定为2年以上。
Objective: To study the stability of tinidazole mouthwash. Methods: The content of tinidazole was determined by HPLC. The isothermal accelerated test was used to predict the effective period of tinidazole mouthwash. Results: Tinidazole decomposition is a first-order kinetic process, t25 ℃ 0.9 for 6.1 years. Conclusion: Tinidazole mouthwash is validated for more than 2 years.
