目的探讨抑癌基因睾丸特异性Y样蛋白5(TSPYL5)在结肠癌中的表达及与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法选择原发性结肠癌标本40例,每例标本均有癌旁正常黏膜作为对照,采用实时荧光定量PCR分析抑癌基因TSPYL5的表达情况。结果 40例抑癌基因TSPYL5在反应体系中能有效的扩增,结肠癌组织中抑癌基因TSPYL5相对表达量较癌旁正常黏膜降低(P<0.05),其表达随TNM分期及浸润深度增加而下调明显(P<0.05)。结论抑癌基因TSPYL5可能参与了结肠癌的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of TSPYL5 and clinicopathological features in colon cancer. Methods Forty patients with primary colon cancer were selected, and normal mucosa adjacent to each specimen were taken as control. The expression of tumor suppressor gene TSPYL5 was analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The expression of TSPYL5 in 40 cases was effectively amplified in the reaction system. The relative expression of tumor suppressor gene TSPYL5 in colon cancer tissues was lower than that in normal mucosa (P <0.05). The expression of TSPYL5 increased with the TNM stage and depth of invasion Down significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion Tumor suppressor gene TSPYL5 may be involved in the development of colon cancer.
