为简化传统的棉花整枝技术,探索简化方法,促进棉花生产的发展,我们选用新型植物生长调节剂增棉灵30%水剂,做了化控试验。共设三个处理:①7月20日(打顶心期)喷一次;②7月20日、8月6日各喷一次;用药浓度为200ppm,折亩用药量33.4克/次(有效成份);③对照:喷清水。一次排列不设重复,供试品种为冀棉16号。现将试验结果整理如下: 喷药后7天,叶色渐变浓绿;15天后株高明显矮于对照,株型较紧凑;喷药后20天田间调查结果:平均株高较对照矮7.5厘米,顶部果枝与例第二果枝间距比对照短0.2厘米,顶部果枝平均节间缩短3.59厘米,倒二果枝节间缩短1.86厘米,脱落率较对照降低15.36%。吐絮期调查,喷两遍的,主茎株高比对照降低5.5厘米,自然株高降低41.2厘米。吐絮提早8天。
