党内和谐是马克思主义政党的本质规定,是党的先进性在党内关系上的具体体现,是价值追求与发展过程的有机统一。在建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制的历史条件下,党内成员间突起的利益矛盾和失范的党内权力运作日益成为党内和谐的主要障碍因素。通过发展党内民主,整合党内利益,保障党员权利,规范党内权力,是克服党内和谐障碍因素的现实路径。
Intra-party harmony is the essential requirement of a Marxist political party, a concrete manifestation of the party’s advanced nature within the party’s relations, and an organic unity of the pursuit and development of value. Under the historical conditions of establishing and perfecting the socialist market economic system, the conflicting interests and the dysfunctional inner-party power operation among the members of the party have increasingly become the major obstacle to the harmony within the party. To develop inner-party democracy, integrate inner-party interests, safeguard the rights of party members, and standardize inner-party power is a realistic path to overcoming obstacles to harmony within the party.
