为提高燃气表的安全性和可靠性,对电机阀的性能参数和泄漏进行研究,提出了一种基于静态测量电机阀泄漏的方法。该方法采用了断路测量技术,使检定过程处于静态条件下,从而避开环境、气源、流动系的影响,提高了精确度;同时,本电机阀泄漏检定装置及其检定方法相比传统方法大大降低了监测时间,降低了长时操作劳动强度。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of the gas meter, the performance parameters and leakage of the motor valve are studied, and a method based on the static measurement of the motor valve leakage is proposed. The method uses the circuit measurement technology to make the verification process under the static condition so as to avoid the influence of the environment, the air source and the flow system and improve the accuracy.
