陈佩喜,男,汉族,小学文化,1963年出生,安徽省淮南市毛集实验区毛集镇大桥村人。1989年5月30日,该陈在新疆农六师芳草湖垦区将芳草湖总场管教科陈世厚的两个儿子陈义龙、陈义虎杀死后潜逃。在逃期间,陈佩喜又于1996年10月20日,在淮南市毛集镇花家湖入室强奸杀害一名19岁的女青年。1999年,陈佩喜被公安部列为部督逃犯。2008年10月24日,经近10个月的不懈努力,安徽省准南市公安
