目的探讨各种免疫活性细胞在鼻息肉发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SABC法及HE、甲苯胺兰染色,采用9种单克隆、多克隆抗体对16例界息肉切除标本的7种免疫活性细胞及4种体液免疫成分的数量及分布情况进行观察,以岂8例正常鼻粘膜为对照。结果鼻息肉上皮同正常鼻膜上皮一样含有HLA-DR标记阳性细胞,鼻息肉组织中嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞的数量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。而鼻息肉组织中T细胞、T4细胞亚群、B细胞、巨噬细胞的数量与正常对照无明显差异(P<O.05)。鼻息肉表面及实质可见IgA、Igh、补体C3、溶菌酶等表达。结论鼻息肉组织同正常鼻粘膜一样具有免疫反应性。鼻粘膜上皮的免疫反应性发生变化在鼻息肉的形成和发展中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the role of various immunocompetent cells in the development of nasal polyps. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method and HE, toluidine blue staining, the use of nine kinds of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies in 16 cases of resection of the polyp specimens of seven kinds of immunocompetent cells and the amount of 4 kinds of humoral immune components were observed , To eight cases of normal nasal mucosa as a control. Results The nasal polyp epithelial cells contained HLA-DR positive cells as normal nasal epithelium. The numbers of eosinophils and mast cells in nasal polyps were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The number of T cells, T4 cell subsets, B cells and macrophages in nasal polyps was not significantly different from that in normal controls (P <0.05). Nasal polyp surface and virtually visible IgA, Igh, complement C3, lysozyme expression. Conclusions Nasal polyps are immunoreactive with normal nasal mucosa. Changes in the immunoreactivity of the nasal epithelium play a role in the formation and development of nasal polyps.
