随着经济社会的不断发展,债权债务关系变得越来越普遍,相对应的,债务人违约拒不履行债务的现象也日渐增加。债务人拒不履行债务的行为不仅给债权人的利益造成严重损害,也给社会正常的经济秩序造成混乱,导致冲突频发。本文主要针对司法实践中债权人通过实现第三人到期债权的方式实现债务清偿进行探讨。 With the continuous development of economy and society, the relationship between creditor’s rights and debts has become more and more common. Correspondingly, debtors default on their refusal to pay their debts is also on the rise. Debtors’ refusal to honor their debts not only causes serious damage to the interests of creditors, but also causes confusion to the normal economic order in society and leads to frequent conflicts. This article focuses on the judicial practice of creditors through the realization of a third party due debt way to achieve debt settlement.
