1990年5～7月收集了当地2112名健康人和非发热性疾病患者的血标本,采用IFA 法检测了斑疹伤寒、斑点热、恙虫病和Q 热立克氏体感染情况。结果283人检出抗体,阳性率13.4%。其中郊县人群抗体阳性率最高(标化率17.77%),市区人群最低(标化率7.19%)。抗体阳性率随年龄增长而增高,其中斑疹伤寒最明显,而斑点热和恙虫病抗体阳性率在40～49岁组最高,Q 热则以60岁以上人群为高,40～49岁组次之。斑疹伤寒和Q 热男性阳性率高于女性,斑点热和恙虫病则相反。
Blood samples were collected from 2112 healthy volunteers and non-febrile patients from May to July 1990 in the mainland of China. IFA was used to detect typhus, spot fever, tsutsugamushi disease and Q fever genital infection. Results 283 antibodies were detected, the positive rate of 13.4%. Among them, the population positive rate of the highest in the suburbs (standardization rate of 17.77%), the lowest in urban areas (standardized rate of 7.19%). The positive rate of antibody increased with age, of which typhus was the most obvious, while the spot fever and scrub typhus antibody positive rate was the highest in the 40 to 49 age group, Q fever is more than 60 years of age, 40 to 49 group It Typhus and Q hot male positive rate higher than women, spot fever and scrub typhus is the opposite.
