目的:研讨医药企业营销竞争的新要素———CSI 工程。方法:参考国内、外文献并结合我国医药企业的实际情况进行分析。结果与结论: 医药企业只有不断提高顾客满意度(CSI) 水平, 并树立顾客满意(CS) 经营理念, 才能在激烈竞争的市场中立于不败之地。
Objective: To discuss the new element of marketing competition in pharmaceutical companies --- CSI Project. Methods: With reference to domestic and foreign literature and combined with the actual situation of Chinese pharmaceutical companies for analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Only by continuously improving the level of customer satisfaction (CSI) and setting up the business philosophy of customer satisfaction (CS) can pharmaceutical enterprises be invincible in the highly competitive market.
