目的研究放射性125I粒子源在肌肉组织等效材料模体中的剂量分布。方法研制肌肉组织等效模体,应用热释光剂量学方法和美国医学物理学家协会43报告工作组(AAPM TG-43)推荐的理论计算公式(理论计算法)对125I粒子源进行二维径向的剂量分布研究。结果在0.5cm处,TLD在0°、45°、90°、135°、180°、225°、270°、315°时测得的剂量率分布为9.61、5.72、9.33、5.05、10.65、5.15、10.7、5.74cGyh-1,理论计算值为3.94 cGyh-1。结论 125I粒子源的径向剂量率随距离增加快速下降。
Objective To study the dose distribution of radioactive 125I particle source in the muscular tissue equivalent material. Methods The equivalent phantoms of muscular tissue were developed. The 125I particle source was treated with two-dimensional (2D) photon emission spectroscopy using the method of thermoluminescence dosimetry and the theoretical calculation formula (theoretical calculation) recommended by AAPM TG-43 Report Working Group (AAPM TG- Radial dose distribution study. Results The dose rate distribution of TLD measured at 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, 225 °, 270 °, 315 ° at 0.5 cm was 9.61, 5.72, 9.33, 5.05, , 10.7,5.74 cGyh-1, the theoretical calculated value of 3.94 cGyh-1. Conclusion The radial dose rate of 125I particle source decreases rapidly with increasing distance.
