报告采用直流电锌离子导入治疗伴有血清锌水平降低或血清铜/锌比值异常的26例视网膜色素变性病人的初步疗效。病人经20~30次的治疗后,视力提高三行以上的眼数有15.38%;视野改善超过5°的眼数为4%,暗适应阈值下降幅度大于1.0的眼数为13.46%,其余为视功能无改变或变化不大者。治疗前后病人的眼底形态没有明显变化;4例8眼的治疗前后 ERG 检查结果基本一致。文章还就锌离子导入法和口服锌化合物制剂法的优缺点比较,直流电对视力的可能增强作用,锌元素与维生素 A 代谢的关系及影响暗适应的机制,作了简要的讨论。
The report reported the initial efficacy of direct current zinc iontreatment in 26 patients with retinitis pigmentosa associated with decreased serum zinc levels or abnormal serum copper / zinc ratio.
