本文介绍的流气稳压系统,是为Q3D型磁谱仪焦面位置灵敏探测器一类的流气式气体电离探测器而设计的。 为适应焦面位置灵敏探测器的要求,一个既能自动控制又便于远距离监视气压值的流气稳压系统是非常必要的。在原先试用的由真空减压器,微调阀和Ω型水银压力计组成的流气稳压系统中,靠手动来稳定气压值很麻烦,而且不能用于今后工程上远距离观测。对此,我们做了些改进,安装了自制笛卡尔浮沉式气体稳压器(以下简称稳压器),工作气压为10—760毫米汞柱,气压稳定值为(0.1—0.6)%,实现了流气压力值的自动控制。在系统中采用了北京五七四厂生产的YL-01型张丝压力传感器(以下简称传感器),其输出电压用PZ-8型直流数字电压表读出,再从电压-气压校正曲线上得知气压值。955A型数字气压计,研制成功后,传感器所测气压值直接用数码显示出来,便于远距离观测。
