目前,我国农业正处于传统农业向现代农业过渡阶段,构建集约化、专业化、组织化、社会化相结合的新型农业经营体系成为必然选择。虽然农民合作社、家庭农场和农业企业发展迅猛,但普遍存在着经营能力差、管理水平低、运行不规范的现象,这其中一个关键的问题就是缺乏与之相适应的“懂技术、会管理、善经营、能销售”的农业经营管理人才。2015年7月,长春市适时启动现代农业职业经理人培养项目,目的就是要培养一批高素质的新型职业
