目的了解广州市城乡居民近年来食物消费状况和变化趋势,为开展营养改善提供依据。方法利用广州市统计局2000-2013年统计年鉴城乡居民各类食物消费资料,进行归纳、整理、折算为每人每天消费量,分析消费量的总体变化趋势和城乡差别。结果 2000-2013年广州市居民膳食结构有所变化,农村居民粮食、蔬菜、水果及其制品每人每日消费量下降幅度大,而肉禽、水产品、蛋及其制品的消费量均有较大幅度的上升;城镇居民粮食和水产品的消费量下降幅度较大,蔬菜和鲜乳类的消费量也有一定的下降,而肉禽、油脂类的消费量均有较大幅度的上升,蛋、水果及其制品的消费量有一定的上升。结论近年来广州市城镇居民的膳食结构趋于“高能量密度”型,尤其是在农村地区,且存在逐步偏离平衡膳食要求的趋势,将有可能增加相关疾病的患病风险,应大力开展宣传教育和推广适应的营养干预措施。
Objective To understand the status of food consumption and the trend of urban and rural residents in Guangzhou in recent years and provide the basis for the improvement of nutrition. Methods The data of various kinds of food consumed by urban and rural residents in Statistical Yearbook of Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics from 2000 to 2013 were summarized and classified into daily consumption per person, and the general trend of change in consumption and urban-rural differences were analyzed. Results The dietary composition of residents in Guangzhou City changed from 2000 to 2013. The consumption of food, vegetables, fruits and their products per person per day for rural residents decreased greatly, while the consumption of meat poultry, aquatic products, eggs and their products were all significantly lower The consumption of foodstuffs and aquatic products in urban areas dropped significantly, while the consumption of vegetables and fresh dairy products also dropped to a certain extent, while the consumption of meat products and fats and oils increased by a large margin. The consumption of eggs, The consumption of fruits and their products has increased to a certain extent. Conclusion In recent years, the dietary patterns of urban residents in Guangzhou tend to be “high energy density” type, especially in rural areas, and there is a tendency to gradually deviate from the balanced dietary requirements, which may increase the risk of related diseases and should be vigorously Conduct advocacy and education and promote adaptive nutrition interventions.
