Corwin(ICI 118587)是新的β_1肾上腺素能受体部分协同剂,即随交感张力改变而发挥作用。交感张力低时,corwin起β_1受体协同剂作用;交感张力高时,则表现为β_1受体拮抗剂作用。本文旨在确定毛地黄化的慢性心房颤动(AF)患者应用corwin控制静息和极量运动时对心率、运动耐受性和血清地高辛浓度的影响。10例患者,男2例、女8例,平均年龄52±8.7岁。心功能Ⅰ级3例、Ⅱ级5例、Ⅲ级2例。AF病史均在1年以上,除地高辛外不用其它抗心律失常
Corwin (ICI 118587) is a partial synergist of the β 1 adrenergic receptor, which acts as a sympathetic tone. When the sympathetic tone is low, corwin acts as a β 1 receptor synergist; when sympathetic tone is high, it acts as a β 1 receptor antagonist. This article aims to determine the effect of corwin on heart rate, exercise tolerance, and serum digoxin concentrations in patients with aflatoxin-induced chronic atrial fibrillation (AF) using the corwin control of resting and maximal exercise. 10 patients, 2 males and 8 females, mean age 52 ± 8.7 years. Grade Ⅰ in 3 cases, grade Ⅱ in 5 cases, grade Ⅲ in 2 cases. AF history are more than 1 year, except for digoxin without other anti-arrhythmia
