本文采用哈耶克关于自生自发秩序的理论对网络论坛传播秩序进行研究,认为网络论坛传播秩序也是一种自生自发秩序。网络论坛传播秩序是指网络论坛中存在这样一种事态,即在网络论坛参与者围绕话题进行意见交往活动的过程中具有某种程度的一致性、连续性和确定性。网络论坛传播秩序具备了自生自发秩序所要求的三种鉴别性特征,同时在秩序的起源上来说,网络论坛传播秩序是其要素遵循共意达成机制这一自生自发规则的结果。共意达成机制是指共意在网络论坛中依次经历产生、形成、转化三个阶段。最后指出政府对网络论坛传播秩序的引导行为应该是信息引导。
In this paper, Hayek’s theory of spontaneous order is used to study the order of communication in online forum, and it is considered that order is also a spontaneous and orderly order in network forum. Network Forum Communication Order refers to the existence of such a situation in the network forum that there is a certain degree of consistency, continuity and certainty in the forum participants’ opinions exchange activities around the topic. At the same time, in terms of the origin of order, the order of network forums is the result of spontaneous and spontaneous rules whose elements follow the consensus-building mechanism. Consensus to reach a consensus mechanism means that there are three stages in which a consensus is generated, formed and transformed in turn in the online forum. Finally, it points out that the guiding behavior of the government on the order of the internet forums should be guided by information.
