目前,我国关于行政诉讼履行判决的内容履行程度问题的研究还不够深入,主要围绕传统的解决办法进行局限性的讨论,缺乏创新的方法。因此,对该问题的研究尚有较大空间。在社会不断发展的今天,需要我们对履行判决的相关问题进行专门分析与研究,尤其是在我国并无法律明文详细规定的情况下,借鉴域外先进制度与经验确立我国履行判决内容的履行程度,就显得更加重要。
At present, the study on the fulfillment of the content of the judgment on the execution of administrative litigation in our country is still not deep enough. The discussion focused on the limitations of the traditional solutions and the lack of innovative methods. Therefore, there is still much room for the study of this problem. In the continuous development of society, we need to carry out specialized analysis and research on the issues related to the execution of judgments. Especially in the absence of detailed legal provisions in our country, we should learn from the advanced systems and experiences in other countries to establish the fulfillment of the content of our country’s performance judgments, It seems even more important.
