采用KH-570对二氧化锆纤维进行改性处理,然后利用改性后的二氧化锆纤维增强常压制备的二氧化锆气凝胶来克服其易碎的缺点。利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、红外光谱(FTIR)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段来分析二氧化锆纤维的改性效果对二氧化锆气凝胶的影响特种。结果表明,改性过程对提高二氧化锆纤维的相容性和分散性起积极作用,加入了蒸馏水起预水解作用的样品效果更佳。改性处理能增强二氧化锆纤维与气凝胶的结合性能,并维持二氧化锆气凝胶本征的均匀多孔网络结构。
KH-570 was used to modify the zirconia fiber, and then the modified zirconia fiber was used to enhance the atmospheric pressure to prepare the zirconia airgel to overcome its fragility. The effects of modification of zirconia fiber on zirconia airgel were analyzed by means of XRD, FTIR and SEM. The results show that the modification process plays an important role in improving the compatibility and dispersibility of zirconia fibers. The addition of distilled water to pre-hydrolysis samples is more effective. Modification can enhance the binding properties of zirconia fibers and aerogels and maintain the uniform porous network structure intrinsic to zirconia aerogels.
