郑州市北郊老鸦陈村一名7岁小学生,玩耍时不小心把一支10厘米的铅笔刺入右手掌内,疼痛难忍。家长立即将他送入附近一家省级医院救治。骨科医师为这名儿童检查,见其右手虎口区被铅笔贯通,铅笔杆卡在手掌中间。于是紧急安排手术,在全身麻醉后,对其皮肤进行灭菌,对铅笔反复消毒。然后拔出铅笔,冲洗通道,缝合伤口。所幸没有伤及骨髂、神经,术后恢复良好。
