全封闭活塞式压缩机,包括船用独立式空调装置所用的制冷压缩机,几乎不能在现场检修,因此必须延长其使用寿命。使用寿命主要取决于气缸-活塞、活塞销-连杆、连杆-轴、轴-轴承等摩擦副的磨损。本文研究了采用各种材料、降低起动时的磨损量、消除滑油中的磨损物和机械杂质、改进气阀结构等措施而延长寿命的效果。
Fully enclosed piston compressors, including refrigeration compressors used in marine stand-alone air conditioning units, can hardly be overhauled in the field and must be extended in service life. Life depends mainly on the cylinder - piston, piston pin - connecting rod, connecting rod - shaft, shaft - bearings and other friction wear. In this paper, the effect of prolonging the service life by adopting various materials, reducing the amount of wear during starting, eliminating the abrasives and mechanical impurities in the lubricating oil, and improving the structure of the air valve is studied.
