介绍超声相控阵技术在道桥在役监测上的应用。疲劳裂纹存在于钢桥桥面板与U形肋之间的焊缝中。这些裂纹始于焊缝根部,无法用目视检测直接观察,需用超声检测或其他适当的体积NDT法检测。这里介绍用相控阵超声检测法来检出和定量这些疲劳裂纹的实例。该法可检测出桥面板厚度方向和角焊缝厚度方向的疲劳裂纹。研发的扫查设备和专制的实物试样,验证了对疲劳裂纹的可检性和定量能力。用这套NDT系统对车辆载荷在役桥梁进行检测,验证了对实际裂纹的可检性。
Application of Ultrasonic Phased Array Technology in In - service Monitoring of Road Bridge. Fatigue cracks are present in the weld between the steel bridge deck and the U-shaped ribs. These cracks begin at the root of the weld and can not be directly visualized by visual inspection. Ultrasonic testing or other appropriate volume NDT methods are required. Here is an example of detecting and quantifying these fatigue cracks with phased array sonography. The method can detect the direction of the thickness of the bridge deck and fillet weld thickness direction of the fatigue crack. The development of scanning equipment and authoritative physical samples to verify the fatigue crackability and quantitative ability. This NDT system was used to test the vehicle’s existing bridge in service, verifying the verifiability of the actual crack.
