杀虫剂的合理混用不但能提高防治效果,而且是防治抗性害虫的有效手段之一。特别是增效作用的研究,在某些情况下,还可以为我们进一步了解杀虫剂的毒理作用提供线索。 Biss早在1939年就指出,杀虫剂混合时可以出现以下几种情况: (一)相似的联合作用(similar joint action)指二种毒理作用相似的杀虫剂混用,因其作用相似可作用于同一生理部位(如DDT和DDD,艾氏剂与狄氏剂等),因此一种杀虫剂的量若用适量的另一种杀虫剂来代替,可以获得同样的结果。
The reasonable mix of insecticides not only can improve the control effect, but also is one of the effective measures to control resistant pests. In particular, the study of synergism may provide clues to further understand the toxicological effects of insecticides in some cases. As early as 1939, Biss pointed out that the following situations may occur when pesticides are mixed: (i) Similar joint action means that two pesticides with similar toxicological effects are used in a similar manner Acting on the same physiological site (such as DDT and DDD, aldrin and dieldrin, etc.), the same result can be obtained if the amount of one insecticide is replaced with another amount of another insecticide.
