人类疱疹病毒8型(HHV-8)的传播途径包括唾液传播、精液传播、器官移植传播和血液传播,其中是否通过输血传播始终有争议。在低流行率的北美地区,多个研究小组的研究结果显示,在HHV-8血清学阳性的献血者中未发现HHV-8DNA;而来自高流行率地区的乌干达的研究却表明HHV-8可通过输血传播给受血者,甚至引起死亡。本文在介绍HHV-8的基本特点、流行特征和传播途径的基础上,对HHV-8通过输血传播的可能性进行分析。在目前情况下,延长血液冷藏时间、白细胞去除和病毒灭活等技术,在一定程度上降低了HHV-8输血传播的风险,保证输血安全。
Transmission of human herpesvirus 8 (HHV-8) includes salivary, seminal, organ transplants, and blood transfusions, of which transmission through blood transfusions remains controversial. In North America, where there is a low prevalence, studies from several research groups showed no HHV-8 DNA was found in HHV-8 seropositive donors, while a study from Uganda from a high prevalence region showed that HHV-8 Through blood transfusion transmitted to the recipient, and even cause death. Based on the introduction of the basic characteristics, epidemiological characteristics and transmission of HHV-8, this article analyzes the possibility of HHV-8 transmission through blood transfusion. Under the current circumstances, prolonging the time of blood chilling, leukocyte removal and virus inactivation, etc., to a certain extent, reduces the risk of HHV-8 transfusion and ensures the safety of blood transfusion.
