我市自1996年实施《中国城市实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”规划目标》以来,在各级政府的重视和领导下,在各有关部门的密切配合和共同努力下,取得了显著成绩。在1999年5～7月间6区城市初保在市、区联合审评的基础上,全部以90多分顺利通过省级规划目标的复核审评,使我市成为广东省,也是全国第一个提前两年全面实现国家和省政府提出的城市“2000年人人享有卫生保健”规划目标的城市。城市初保工作所取得的成绩受到了省初保办和省评委的充分肯定和高度评价,认为我市城市初级卫生保健工作认识到位,领导有方,措施得力,成效显著。现将我市3年来开展城市初保工作总结如下。
