“体育素养”这一概念期望在身心一体的情况下解释、促进和帮助维持人类基本的运动功能。根据Whitehead(2010年)的观点,“体育素养”是从动机的角度来定义的,尤其是基于能力与兴趣的动机。这一观点与大量有关儿童及青少年体育活动行为的研究证据一致。本文尝试从儿童在体育教育中的动机的视角,即先天的心理倾向以及习得/学习属性的角度,解释和应用体育素养。作者根据概念学习理论以及自我决定理论的激励机制,认为儿童应在体育教育中体验可以激发他们将能力与兴趣合为一体的学习任务,并在这一过程中应用所需要的自我调整策略来发展和维持其运动的动机。
The concept of “physical education” looks forward to explaining, promoting and helping to maintain the basic motor functions of mankind, both physically and mentally. According to Whitehead (2010), “sports literacy” is defined from a motivation perspective, especially based on competence and interests. This view is consistent with a large body of research evidence of the behavior of children and adolescents. This article attempts to explain and apply athletic attainments from the perspective of children’s motivation in physical education, that is, innate psychological predisposition and learning / learning attributes.
