目的:观察社区卫生服务站运行区域心电信息系统对于助推数字卫生建设的效果。方法:选取桐乡市石门镇2014年1月-2015年1月在该镇卫生院已配备区域心电信息系统的5个社区卫生服务站就诊的400名患者为实验组,选取未配备区域心电信息系统的5个社区卫生服务站就诊的400名患者为对照组,对两组患者进行心律失常检出率、转诊到位率、收费及就诊时间进行比较,观察效果。结果:实验组其心律失常检出率、转诊到位率明显提高,收费及就诊时间缩短。经卡方检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过在社区卫生服务站运行区域心电信息系统,患者免除奔波的劳累的同时也能享受到上级甚至市级医院专业的诊断服务;有效助推数字卫生建设,值得在社区广泛开展。
Objective: To observe the effect of ECG information system in the operation area of community health service station on boosting digital health construction. Methods: A total of 400 patients from 5 community health service stations of the town hospital, which have been equipped with regional ECG information, were selected as the experimental group from January 2014 to January 2015 in Shimen Town, Tongxiang City. The patients without regional electrocardiogram 400 community health service stations in the information system were selected as the control group. The detection rate of arrhythmia, the referral rate, the charge and the treatment time were compared between the two groups to observe the effect. Results: The detection rate of the arrhythmia, the referral rate in the experimental group was significantly increased, the fee and treatment time were shortened. The chi-square test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Through the regional ECG information system in the community health service station, patients can enjoy the diagnostic services of higher level and even city-level hospitals while relieving the exertion of exertion. It is worthwhile to promote the digital health construction and deserve to be widely carried out in the community.
