针对某核电项目规格为273mm×25.4mm的核1级反应堆压力容器安注管和安全端连接焊缝进行射线检验,由于曝光次数不同导致检测结果的评判截然不同,本文采用CIVA仿真平台对该焊缝的射线检测过程建模仿真,研究曝光次数对射线检测结果的影响,提出最优化曝光次数为6次。同时,也发现曝光时间对底片的黑度有影响,随着曝光时间的增加,底片黑度逐渐增大。将CIVA仿真平台应用在核电设备射线检测中,对优化射线检测工艺,有着非常重要的意义。
