公路建设投资对区域国民经济的影响在形态上可分为直接效应和间接效应。本文在西藏自治区公路交通建设发展的大背景下,以计量经济学中的脉冲响应模型和协整关系模型为主要手段,定量分析了公路建设投资对区域经济的拉动效应。结果表明,交通基础设施建设具有极强的外部性,其对区域经济的长期增长有着明显的拉动效应,且间接效应远大于直接效应。
The impact of highway construction investment on regional national economy can be divided into direct effect and indirect effect in the form. Based on the background of the development of highway traffic construction in Tibet Autonomous Region, this paper takes the model of impulse response and cointegration in econometrics as the main measure to quantitatively analyze the driving effect of highway construction investment on regional economy. The results show that transportation infrastructure construction has strong externalities, which have a significant pulling effect on the long-term growth of regional economy, and the indirect effects are much larger than the direct effects.
