邓小平同志多次指出:“民主集中制是我们党和国家的根本制度”。在建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中,还要否坚持民主集中制,如何更科学地坚持、贯彻和发扬党的这一传统制度,这是关系到新时期党的建设能否得到加强和改善,改革开放和经济建设能否顺利推进的重要问题。本文拟就这一问题略抒管见。
Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out many times: “Democratic centralism is the fundamental system of our party and our country.” Whether we should adhere to the principle of democratic centralism and how to uphold and carry forward this traditional system of the party more scientifically in the process of establishing a socialist market economic system is a matter of the nature of whether the building of the Party in the new period can be strengthened and improved, Important issues concerning whether the reform and opening up and economic construction can be progressed smoothly. This article intends to give a brief overview of this issue.
