由于新的防雷规范对老防雷规范作了较大的修改,本文拟对新防雷规范做一解读,对一些重点条文及不好理解之处作出说明,如防雷间隔距离的要求、防接触电压和跨步电压的措施、接闪器的装设、防侧击雷的措施、专设引下线的设置、作为防雷装置的钢筋的连接等、尤其对老防雷规范修改较大的防雷击电磁脉冲的电涌保护器(SPD)的设置位置和技术参数以表格形式列出,便于查找,期望起到引导和抛砖引玉的作用。
