随着高速公路事业的迅猛发展,高速公路运营企业在服务经济发展发挥战略支撑的同时,自身在人力资源开发、管理、应用上也取得了长足的进步。但由于受传统管理模式、理念的束缚,人力资源的一些管理方法不能与时俱进,对高速公路的人才储备应用造成极大的制约,构建科学合理的人力资源管理体系,充分发挥人力资源管理在高速公路运营企业中的主导作用,对高速公路的长远发展至关重要。笔者通过对运营企业人力资源管理现状进行系统分析研究,在此基础上提出了相应的对策,为高速公路运营企业的可持续发展提供参考。

However, due to the restraint of traditional management mode and concept, some management methods of human resources can not keep pace with the times, causing great restriction to the talent reserve application of expressways, building a scientific and reasonable human resources management system and giving full play to human resources management The leading role of expressway operators is crucial to the long-term development of the expressway. By analyzing the current situation of human resource management in operation enterprises systematically, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide a reference for the sustainable development of expressway operation enterprises.
