各省、自治区、直辖市国土资源厅(国土环境资源厅、国土资源和房屋管理局、房屋土地资源管理局、规划和国土资源局): 根据《矿业权出让转让管理暂行规定》(国土资发[2000]309号),国土资源部决定委托省级地矿行政主管部门对地方财政出资勘查形成的探矿权的评估结果进行确认。为规范探矿权评估工作,促进各地探矿权评估结果确认工作顺利进行,现就有关问题通知如下:
