石家庄六线隧道是新建铁路北京至石家庄客运专线穿城入地重点工程,位于石家庄市内既有京广线东侧,自北向南纵穿石家庄市。采用明挖顺做施工,基坑开挖宽度约30~52 m,深度约8.5~22 m。洞身范围房屋、地下管线以及既有铁路线很多,为了最大程度的减小施工过程中的风险事故概率,最大程度的降低工程事故造成的损失,根据风险评估流程,采用层次分析法对风险进行了识别和评估,得出了各种风险事件的风险等级,最后根据风险等级,提出了一些施工技术对策,为工程的施工提供了安全保障。
Shijiazhuang six-lane tunnel is the key project of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Passenger Dedicated Railway to the new railway built in Beijing. It is located in the east of Beijing-Guangzhou line in Shijiazhuang City and runs through Shijiazhuang City from north to south. The use of open cut along the construction, pit excavation width of about 30 ~ 52 m, depth of about 8.5 ~ 22 m. In order to minimize the probability of risk accidents during construction and minimize the losses caused by engineering accidents, according to the procedure of risk assessment, AHP method is used to conduct risk assessment on the housing, underground pipelines and existing railway lines. Finally, according to the risk level, some construction technology countermeasures are put forward to provide the safety guarantee for the construction of the project.
