转炉渣资源化利用的历史沿革及趋势展望

针对转炉渣综合利用历史及其沿革、现行转炉渣稳定化处理的原理及利用方式进行了系统评述,初步探讨了转炉渣资源化利用的未来趋势。认为:目前普遍采用的“稳定化预处理→后续利用”的两步法渣利用模式,虽然对转炉渣大宗量、粗放式利用产生了巨大作用,但仍无法有效拓宽其多渠道、高附加值利用的途径,因而也无法真正实现其全部利用。首先,在认知上,仍停留在通过“消化”解决其自由氧化钙及硅酸三钙时效分相并伴随结构破坏等问题上;其次,在处理模式上,尽管手段多样(如热闷、盘泼、滚筒、风碎等),几乎无例外的以水为“消化”介质。虽然由此可使渣矿物组成与结构相对稳定,但其“低资源禀赋”的特性无法因此改变,这也正是当今转炉渣利用无法走出困境的本质原因。已有的工作显示:未来对转炉渣利用,应着力于提升渣的资源禀赋,其可依据需求并结合转炉渣特点,通过针对性的科学而合理的改性实现,由此建立转炉渣大宗量、多途径、可循环利用的模式,实现真正意义上的转炉渣高效利用与全部利用,这是转炉渣未来利用的大趋势。 In view of the comprehensive utilization of converter slag history and its evolution, the current principles and utilization of converter slag stabilization were systematically reviewed, and the future trends of resource utilization of converter slag were discussed. This is why the converter slag utilization can not get out of the predicament nowadays. The existing work shows that, in the future, the utilization of converter slag should be focused on improving the resource endowment of slag, which can be realized through reasonable and reasonable modification based on the demand and the characteristics of converter slag, thereby establishing a large amount of converter slag , Multi-channel, reusable mode to achieve the true sense of efficient use of converter slag and full use, which is the future trend of converter slag utilization.
