辅导小学阶段的孩子考试焦虑应该从家长与孩子两方面双管齐下。家长方面,应予以孩子宽松的学习、生活环境,及时了解孩子的真实想法与感受并加以引导,关注并肯定孩子的点滴进步;学生方面,教师应耐心倾听,了解想法;肯定进步,重塑自信;反复鼓励,坚持不懈。总之,走进孩子的内心,予以关爱,让孩子有明确的努力方向,积极的学习兴趣,开朗的性格,顽强的意志,良好的情绪等都有利于克服考试焦虑。而且考试焦虑并不可怕,只要对考试有正确的认识,考前做好充分准备,学会自我调节的方法,考试焦虑是可以调适的。
