通过应用Con A诱导的~3H-TdR标记的淋巴细胞转化试验,对比观察了羊、牛、猪三种布鲁氏菌的国际参考菌株16M、544A、1330S三种不同品系小鼠CBA、C_(37)BL、Balb/c淋巴细胞转化的不同影响。发现羊种布鲁氏菌16M感染C_(57)BL小鼠后第14天和第20天时,小鼠淋巴细胞体外增殖明显受抑(P<0.05),第30天以后逐渐恢复正常。544A和1330S菌株在感染后的第180天时对CBA小鼠的淋转有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),而16M菌株在整个观察期间内与对照组相比无明显差异 (P>0.05)。三种布鲁氏菌感染Balb/c小鼠后第180天时对小鼠淋转无明显影响(P>0.05)。
