能否保证团员质量,保持团员先进性,当好党的助手和后备军,这是中国共青团面临的重大政治命题。改革开放30多年来,共青团加强团员队伍建设的努力和尝试,一直在和弱化基层组织、淡化团员意识的负能量展开博弈较量。回顾这一历程,总结团员教育与管理的经验教训,或可为新常态下加强团员队伍建设提供有价值的借鉴和启示。
It is a major political proposition that the Chinese Communist Youth League faces whether it can guarantee the quality of its members, maintain the advanced nature of its members and act as the party’s assistant and reserve force. Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up, the CYL has tried its best to strengthen the contingent building of contingent members and has been playing a game against the negative energy of weakening the grass-roots organizations and weakening the consciousness of members. Reviewing this process and summarizing the experiences and lessons learned from members’ education and management may provide valuable references and enlightenment for strengthening the contingent building of team members under the new normal.
