现代设备管理要求对设备的一生,即从规划、选型、购置(或设计制造)、安装、调试、使用、维修、改造直至报废的全过程进行综合管理。近几年来,我厂改革了设备投入使用前的管理即前期管理,加强了设备规划和选型购置工作,及时安装调试投入使用,为改善、提高企业技术装备素质,促进生产发展取得了一些成效。实践证明,做好设备的前期管理是实现企业设备管理现代化的重要一环。
Modern equipment management requires comprehensive management of the entire life cycle of the equipment, from planning, selection, purchase (or design and manufacturing), installation, commissioning, use, maintenance, retrofitting, and scrapping. In recent years, our factory has reformed the management before the equipment is put into use, that is, the pre-management, strengthened the equipment planning and selection and purchase, timely installed and commissioned, and achieved some results in order to improve and enhance the quality of enterprise technical equipment and promote the production and development. . Practice has proved that doing a good job of pre-management of equipment is an important part of modernizing enterprise equipment management.
