目的探讨C臂X线透视引导下射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法三叉神经痛患者118例,在C臂X线透视引导下定位半月神经节行射频热凝治疗,温度设定为56℃、64℃及76℃三个时段,热凝时间90s。术后行视觉模拟评分法评价疗效。结果全组术后有效率100%。不良反应:局部肿胀5例,角膜炎2例;对症处理后均恢复。结论 C臂X线透视引导下射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛有效、安全且经济。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation under the guidance of C-arm radiography in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A total of 118 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation under the guidance of C-arm fluoroscopy. The temperature was set at 56 ℃, 64 ℃ and 76 ℃ for 90s. Postoperative visual analogue scale evaluation of efficacy. Results The effective rate of the whole group was 100%. Adverse reactions: local swelling in 5 cases, 2 cases of keratitis; symptomatic treatment were recovered. Conclusion C-arm fluoroscopic radiofrequency thermocoagulation is an effective, safe and economical method for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
