本文研究了消除新鲜蔬菜和水果中抗坏血酸对亚硝酸盐测定干扰的方法.在样品提取时加入醋酸锌和活性炭,以消除抗坏血酸对测定的干扰,提高了测定的灵敏度和准确性.
In this paper, we studied the method to eliminate the interference of ascorbic acid in fresh vegetables and fruits to nitrite determination.When adding zinc acetate and activated carbon, the interference of ascorbic acid on the determination was eliminated and the sensitivity and accuracy of the determination were improved.
