目的:观察龙七胃康片联合消化性溃疡四联疗法治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法:以200例十二指肠溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分入观察组和对照组各100例。对照组采用消化性溃疡四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用龙七胃康片进行治疗,观察与记录患者的临床症状消失时间、溃疡愈合情况与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除情况、不良反应情况。结果:观察组平均治愈时间为(18.45±5.38)天,明显优于对照组的(25.30±6.71)天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在消化性溃疡四联疗法治疗基础上加用龙七胃康片,可以使患者的临床症状消失时间明显缩短,溃疡愈合率和Hp根除率明显提高,不增加不良反应发生率,临床疗效确切,安全可靠。 Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Longqijweikang tablet combined with peptic ulcer quadruple therapy in the treatment of duodenal ulcer.
