任仲夷(1914～2005)1977～1980年任中共辽宁省委书记期间,主持张志新案的平反工作,在省委书记中第一个表态推进实践是检验真理的唯一标准的讨论,并率先向中央政府主动请缨,要求在大连办特区。1980～1985年任中共广东省委第一书记期间,大力开展市场经济试点。当广东成为改革开放的前沿阵地后,中央决心从广东为改革开放杀出一条血路,其使命就当仁不让地落到了任仲夷的肩上。他是改革开放的先驱之一。
Ren Zhongyi (1914 ~ 2005) From 1977 to 1980, he was the secretary of CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and presided over the rehabilitative work of Zhang Zhixin. The first position of secretary of provincial party committee to promote practice was the only criterion for testing truth and took the lead to the Central Government The government volunteered for the SAR office in Dalian. From 1980 to 1985, he was the first secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and vigorously carried out market economy pilot projects. When Guangdong became the forefront of reform and opening up, the Central Government was determined to bring about a thoroughfare for the reform and opening up from Guangdong. Its mission was doing its part on Ren Zhongyi’s shoulder. He is one of the pioneers of reform and opening up.
