在基础教育进入“核心素养”时代,培养学生的核心素养成为新的教学目标,而培育学生核心素养的前提与根本应该在于教师的核心素养。那么教师应该如何展示和提升自身的核心素养呢?通过开发校本课程,找到参与新课程建设的着力点和立足点,提升教师自身的核心素养,进而为培育学生的核心素养奠定坚实的基础。
In the era of basic education entering “core literacy ”, cultivating the core literacy of students becomes the new teaching goal, and the core premise of cultivating students ’core literacy lies in the core literacy of teachers. How can teachers demonstrate and improve their core qualities? By developing school-based curriculums, we can find the focal point and foothold in participating in the new curriculum construction, improve teachers ’own core literacy and lay a solid foundation for nurturing students’ core literacy.
