本文通过对天水市龙头企业技术创新现状、64家龙头企业技术创新情况的调查,分析得出了龙头企业技术创新中存在的创新投入强度较低、创新机制不完善、创新人才普遍缺乏、创新环境不宽松等问题,提出了营造企业技术创新良好环境、确立企业技术创新主体地位等提高当地龙头企业技术创新的对策建议。
