伴随着我国社会主义市场经济建设的飞速发展,我国工业经济对煤炭的需求量不断攀升。煤炭企业如何做好成本管理工作已成为当前亟待解决的重要问题。基于此,本文就我国煤炭企业成本管理工作的有效展开进行了分析与论述。文章首先讨论了煤炭企业成本管理的特殊性,继而分析了我国煤炭企业成本管理工作存在的有关问题,最后针对煤炭企业存在的问题提出了几点对策措施,以期能够对我国当前煤炭企业成本管理工作的有效展开提供一点可借鉴之处。
With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy, the demand for coal in China’s industrial economy has been on the rise. How to do cost management in coal enterprises has become an important issue to be solved urgently.
