党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会提出建设法治中国的目标,明确了全面依法治国加快建设公正高效权威的社会主义司法制度的要求。检察机关如何按照要求进一步加强自身建设、提升法律监督水平是一项需要在实践中不断研究和探索的重大课题。结合司法实践要求,我院通过道德立院打牢建院之基、专业立院巩固立院之本、制度立院凝聚发展之魂(即“三个立院”),认真贯彻落实依法治国要求,深入加强自身建设,不断提升法律监督水平。
The 18th CPC National Congress and the 3rd, 4th Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of building a socialist country under the rule of law and defined the requirements of governing the country according to law in an expeditious manner and of building a just and efficient socialist judiciary. How the procuratorial organs should further strengthen their own construction as required and enhance the level of legal supervision is a major issue that needs continuous research and exploration in practice. Combining with the requirements of judicial practice, our hospital is firmly established in the foundation of a hospital through a moral legislature, and the professional legislature consolidates the foundation of the legislature. The system integrates the soul of development (ie, “three legislatures”) and conscientiously implements the principle of " Governing the country requires further deepening self-construction and constantly improving the level of legal supervision.
