对33例月经正常的不孕患者进行月经周期动态观察,测定宫颈粘液中过氧化物酶(P_X)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性及血清孕酮(P)雌二醇(E_2)、LH。结果表明三种酶均在围排卵期活性下降形成低谷;三种酶相比以P_X活性在围排卵期下降幅度最大;三种酶低谷日与排卵日一致率分别为AKP 72%、P_X68%、LDH58%(P>0.05)。结果提示三种酶均可预示排卵,但P_X具有围排卵期活性下降明显,,低谷日与排卵日一致率高之优点,故以P_X测定作为预测排卵指标最佳。
The dynamic changes of menstrual cycle were observed in 33 cases of infertile patients with normal menstruation. The activities of peroxidase (P_X), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and serum progesterone (P) Estradiol (E_2), LH. The results showed that the activity of three kinds of enzymes decreased during the peri-oviposition period and reached the lowest level. The activity of P_X decreased most during the peri-ovulation period compared with that of P_X activity. The concordance rates of three enzymes were 72% of AKP, 68% of P_X, LDH58% (P> 0.05). The results suggest that all three kinds of enzymes can predict ovulation, but P_X has a significant reduction in peri-oviposition activity, trough date and ovulation day high coincidence rate, so P_X determination is the best predictor of ovulation index.
